At Global Style Box, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and personalised products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@globalstylebox.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@globalstylebox.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
